旬菜食健ひな野 所沢店 (Seasonal Vegetables Ken Hinano...)

Drinks are only water, acerola juice, apple juice, and coffee. No water will be provided when you are seated. The side dishes are always the same. This is a restaurant where you are asked to carry your own food, including plates and chopsticks, and to clean up. When I was cleaning up the dishes with my toddler in tow, a young male staff member just watched over me and did not help me. I'm being watched when I go to the cash register (lol)

My favorite restaurant, Hinano in Kanagawa Prefecture, was no longer there, so I used it for the first time while running errands. I arrived much earlier than my reservation time, but they were able to accommodate me smoothly. It was almost noon, so it was quite crowded and it took a while to get the food, but things gradually calmed down. One thing I would like to improve in the future is The only problem is that there are no small plates where I want them. There are no small plates for dishes that are difficult to serve on a large plate, such as chawanmushi and side dishes with a lot of water, and they are placed a little further away, so I would like to have small plates placed where I can easily access them when needed. There are two types of rates: 60 minutes and unlimited time.This time we chose unlimited time. 60 minutes seems like a short time for a buffet. There aren't many Japanese buffet restaurants, so I think this is a valuable restaurant. The food is delicious, so I would like to see it revived in Kanagawa Prefecture. (postscript) After the word of mouth, I came back to the restaurant and found that the small plates were placed in the right places so it was easy to get the food. Also, since I was going to be a little late for my reservation, I contacted them and they responded flexibly and I was able to enjoy my meal smoothly even after I arrived. thank you.
